Adverts supplied as PDFs:
Adverts can be supplied as High Resolution PDF files created using Adobe Acrobat 4 or 5 making sure that all colours are set to CMYK mode. No RGB, LAB or special 5th colours can be used within the document, also all images and fonts must be embedded.
Adverts supplied as open files:
Software must be InDesign CS2, QuarkXPress 6.0, llustrator 9.0, or Photoshop 7.0, including all images and fonts.
We do not accept Microsoft word or Powerpoint documents.
Please ensure when using white text on solid backgrounds that the trapping mode is set to KNOCKOUT. We will not take responsibility for text dropping out if this is not done.
All text should be set to paths if working in Illustrator/Photoshop
All pictures must be high resolution 300dpi, otherwise quality cannot be guaranteed.
All pictures and colour files should be CMYK format. We do not accept responsibility for any pictures or materials in RGB format.
On full page adverts, please ensure that all important information is set to a minimum of 12mm from the margin to prevent it from getting lost in the spine.
Any material supplied requiring adjustment will be subject to an extra charge.
Delivery:
Adverts can be received on CD rombut must be Apple Mac compatible and all
material clearly marked. We also accept delivery via eMail to the following address lian.r@yandellmedia.com.
We do not accept separated film.

Deadlines
Copy must be received by the 1st of the month prior to the month of publication.
ADVERTISING PROOFS WILL NOT BE SENT UNLESS REQUESTED.
